Julie Oldenski has been my Pilates trainer for almost five years. She is a warm, patient, non-judgmental, and thoughtful instructor. Since I am blind, I depend on accurate directions in order to learn and perform Pilates exercises. Julie uses a precise, consistent, and comprehensible set of phrases to help me with body alignment and also with understanding the complex interaction of movements that make up each Pilates exercise. She can tell when a movement is not being executed properly and offers immediate suggestions to remedy the error. Julie brings a high level of constant concentration and commitment to her work, and I thoroughly enjoy every session with her.
